Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. All US federal holidays and weekends are excluded. It may take more than 2 business days to process an order if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or disruption of business. We will provide prompt notification for delayed orders.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for the following items:

Bows: free expedited & standard shipping available in Continental US (lower 48 states)

Violin/Viola/Violin Case/Viola Case/Cello Bag: free standard shipping available in Continental US (lower 48 states)

Cello/Cello Case: free standard shipping available in Continental US (lower 48 states)

General Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer both standard and expedited shipping via UPS or USPS. Please use the shipping estimator at checkout to see available services and rates. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not offered as for now. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

An email containing detail information regarding to the order and shipment will be sent to customer's email immediately after purchase, along with tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Omni Music Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Omni Music Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier first to file a claim immediately. You may contact our support team for further assistance. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
