My old case was too old to protect my instrument, 20 years old now. I got myself the classy ruby one and this case surprised me with its quality. I fell in love with the appearance first and when the case arrived in a nice package, it looks even more beautiful than in the photos. It is nicely built and constructed, sturdy and exquisite. There is even a place for my shoulder rest. Both my two violins fit well thanks to the adjustable fixture. Lightweight and easy to carry, this case is everything that I'd hoped for. Highly recommended!
I got a beautiful silver Catana Hitech Oblong Case. And it is just as described. My full size violin fits well and its music sheet pocket is a great design, no need to bring a separate bag. The removable accessory pocket is also quite helpful to accommodate gadgets. The case looks sturdy and I'm planning to use it for travel for my gigs in the future. For this quality, the price is also very good. I believe the big names with same quality will be much more expensive.
The case was shipped quicker than I expected. It was well packaged and all good when arrived. The outer shell is very sturdy and the interior is plush. The cushion is protective. Roomy compartment for shoulder rest and music sheet, which is nice that I don't have to carry an excess bag. I've been using it for a few months now and no complaints.
